The Argentine football association was also hit with a fine of 15，000 francs for "insulting chants" during the Albiceleste's loss to Paraguay in Cordoba.
Other nations to be sanctioned were Albania， Croatia， Estonia， Iran， Kosovo， Paraguay and Ukraine.
